Instrument Trade In Program

Promega will accept any manufacturer’s luminometer, fluorometer, photometer or multimode reader, working or not working, as a trade in towards the purchase of a new Promega detection instrument (excludes Maxwell instruments). Details of this program are as follows:

  1. This program follows a 1:1 rule: one instrument trade in can be applied to one instrument purchase. If two instruments are traded in, then two new instruments must be purchased and the appropriate discount will be applied to each new instrument.

  2. Discounts are in the form of a percentage to be deducted from the new instrument purchase order. See the grid below for discount amounts per instrument purchased.

  3. A valid quotation showing the applicable trade in discount must be produced by a Promega Sales Representative prior to sending in a trade in unit.

  4. We will ask that the trade in instrument be cleaned, injectors flushed, and all reagents removed prior to shipping the unit. We will also ask that a “Certificate of Decontamination” (attached to the Promega quotation) be completed, signed, and returned with the trade in unit. If the certificate cannot be completed and signed, contact us.

  5. All costs associated with shipping the trade in instrument to Promega are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. This program is for customers in the United States only and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
